Suge Knight Arrested On Murder Charge After Fatal Hit And Run

Notorious rapper Marion 'Suge' Knight turned himself in to authorities and was arrested for murder after he was involved in a fatal hit-and-run incident in California that left one man dead and another injured.

Police believe Knight and some other men were involved in an argument on the set of the upcoming N.W.A. biopic Straight Outta Compton on Thursday afternoon. 

When the men went to lunch at Tam's Burger's in Compton 20 minutes later, Knight, 49, is believed to have followed the men in his red pickup truck before running two of them over in the parking lot.

Knight's lawyer said his client 'accidentally' hit the men but the incident is being treated as a homicide.

Homicide detectives interviewed the Death Row Records founder for about three hours,detectives 'arrested Marion 'Suge' Knight for murder' and he is being held in lieu of $2million bail, according to a police statement. 

Blatt admitted Knight was driving the truck but said he was 'confident that once the investigation is completed, he will be totally exonerated'.Daily mail reports
